Double Chocolate Banana Bread
ripe bananas, mashed
coconut oil, melted
coconut blossom sugar
+ 1/3 cup flour, spelt
handful dark chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius and line a loaf pan with baking paper.
In a big bowl, mix together mashed bananas, plant milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and coconut blossom sugar.
Combine the other ingredients in a seperate bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and combine them with a fork. Fold in dark chocolate chips at last.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Top with a sliced banana if you want.
Bake for 60-75 minutes (test with a skewer!) and let it cool down in the pan.
